I have another printer (Epson RX620) and thisnow can't find the drivers either.īecause of the fact that the Blackberry drivers also wouldn't load, I'm thinking that I'm missing something more fundamental and I read on one of the posts on this forum that deleting the USB ports and allowing them to reinstall could resolve this type of issue, but I'm not sure which ones to delete as there's a few to choose from in device manager (Intel USB universal host controllers & USB root hubs?).
